Sovereign?

To be sovereign of something means to be in control. Dictionary.com defines it as follows:

1. One that exercises supreme, permanent authority
2. Self-governing; independent
3. Having supreme rank or power.

If you are sovereign of yourself, it means you are in control of yourself. Just like a quarterback, you call the shots and run the plays in your life. You have your own world and you are the sovereign ruler of that world. It is up to you to decide how you are going to design your world. If you don't take charge, someone else will.
