Seminars

I Am Sovereign: The Power of Personal Leadership is an original seminar, flexibly designed to involve high school and/or college students in an educational and engaging experience designed to improve academic performance and other life arenas through taking personal responsibility and setting goals.

Seminar topics include Responsibility, Character and Integrity, Respect, Proactivity, Consistence and Persistence, and Personal Planning and Goal Setting.

The seminar is available in four time frames ranging from one, two, half-day and all-day presentations. The one-hour seminar can be cut down to 45-55 minutes in order to fit conveniently into an average class period. The 1-hour seminar works great in assemblies, conferences, and forums. Jordan can also do keynote speeches at student assemblies on a variety of different leadership and motivational topics. All seminars work great in a classroom setting with groups such as student councils, at-risk students, athletic teams, and FBLA. Seminars are taught on campus during school hours at the school's convenience.

1-Hour Seminar

An inspirational introduction to personal leadership. Students set a specific goal to improve academic performance.

2-Hour Seminar

Sovereign Laws of Personal Leadership introduced. Students set one academic and one life goal.

Half-Day Seminar (4 hours)

Students draft a personal constitution, including setting academic and life goals.

All-Day Seminar (6-8 hours)

In addition to drafting a personal constitution, students are introduced to all the Elements of Personal Leadership as contained in the original Leaders for Life Personal Leadership Model. These elements fall under four main umbrella topics, namely: A Foundation of Character and Integrity, The Inner Work, The Outer Work, and Eternal Persistence.
