Jordan R. Jensen is the author and master facilitator of the I Am Sovereign: The Power of Personal Leadership seminars and book. Jordan's popularity as a speaker and writer on personal leadership and other topics for youth has continued to grow since teaching his first seminar in Marietta, Georgia in 2003. He has been teaching and training individuals and groups in various capacities since 1998. Before starting his own independent training organization, Jordan served as an Executive Assistant to Dr. Bruce Jackson, the Director of The Center for the Advancement of Leadership (The CAL), at Utah Valley State College (UVSC), where he worked to promote leadership, character, and life skill education for students of all ages. He continues to serve as a board member for the CAL. Jordan has a Bachelors degree in English from UVSC where he was also an All-American track athlete. He has also worked for FranklinCovey Company and written for two newspapers.
